This home is designed to be built on a sealed concrete slab to keep the build cost more affordable. It would usually have a mini-split heat pump for heat and cooling. It’s compact foot print of 16′ x 34′ is a comfortable space for one or two people.

Again with the 16′ x 34′ footprint and the shed roof running sideways gives it nice lines, simplicity

It is also available with a Gable roof for a more traditional look.

Acadia two front

A larger version of the Acadia with two bedrooms and one full bath.  Footprint of 16′ x 43′ makes it real comfortable for two plus occasional guests. Bath entrance is into common area.

Harbor Side 2 + 2 1268 sqft

Our largest home in this series is our 2 + 2 with 2 bedrooms and two baths, a rooftop deck,  walkways and lots of glass and decking. Great for looking off into your future. Check out the floor plans for the beauty of it all.

We offer Tiny Houses as shells, partially completed and complete turn key homes ready for you to furnish and move into and enjoy.

For the DIY folks we offer Aluminum Tiny House Trailers designed for lowest deck height with the floor insulation between the rails. You can get an original design or the XL version. Look at the info on the trailer page. 

Need a mobile store?  We offer Pop-Up Stores for retail sales as well as adapting them for Studios, Concessions, Dressing Rooms, Guest Suites etc. Contact us with your thoughts and needs.

This year we have decided to build Park Model RV’s to complement our Tiny House offerings. Many folks want 10′ to 12′ wide and a bath and bedroom on the first floor.  These will also  be certified RV’S built to withstand our weather.

Modern spaces are designed to offer a more appealing shed style structure that can be adapted to many different configurations, looks  and sizes.  

Our company is about RETHINING HOW WE USE SPACE. In the sense of having a minimal carbon footprint and the incorporation of many different materials to create the most efficient performance and visually  pleasing experience.
