Shipping containers are designed with du-rability and modularity in mind. They’re built to withstand all kinds of abuse from traveling thousands of miles in the elements and extreme climates. Each home starts with this base — and builds upon it.Each home is reinforced with a solid-steel frame. The walls are constructed with 12.7MM, fire- and moisture-resistant gypsum wall-boards. And the walls, floor, and ceiling areall insulated with premium-quality insulatingfoam, rated at an R-value of 7 per inch.

TINY HOUSES

We  no longer offer Tiny Houses as shells, partially completed and complete turn key homes.

Now offering larger Tiny Houses on Foundations.

For the DIY folks we offer Aluminum Tiny House Trailers designed for lowest deck height with the floor insulation between the rails. You can get an original design or the XL version.  

We now offer Park Model RV Chassis when you want 10′ or more wide homes. Look at the info on the trailer page. 

Our Pre-Fab concept homes are ready to be built beginning in the spring / summer of 2019.
