Welcome To our shop... where the magic happens

We Started building Tiny Houses in the summer of 2016 in our driveway and  have grown into our current 5500 sqft shop in Biddeford ME.

We can build about anything you can make a plan for and we can even do design and plans for your ideas if you wish.

Starting this spring we will be building smaller homes on foundations to accommodate our clients that want a larger more permanent home but not a traditional size or cost.

We offer Tiny Houses as shells, partially completed and complete turn key homes ready for you to furnish and move into and enjoy.

For the DIY folks we offer Aluminum Tiny House Trailers designed for lowest deck height with the floor insulation between the rails. You can get an original design or the XL version. Look at the info on the trailer page. 

Need a mobile store?  We offer Pop-Up Stores for retail sales as well as adapting them for Studios, Concessions, Dressing Rooms, Guest Suites etc. Contact us with your thoughts and needs.

Our Pre-Fab concept homes are ready to be built beginning in the spring / summer of 2019.

This year we have decided to build Park Model RV’s to complement our Tiny House offerings. Many folks want 10′ to 12′ wide and a bath and bedroom on the first floor.  These will also  be certified RV’S built to withstand our weather.

Modern spaces are designed to offer a more appealing shed style structure that can be adapted to many different configurations, looks  and sizes.  

Our company is about RETHINING HOW WE USE SPACE. In the sense of having a minimal carbon footprint and the incorporation of many different materials to create the most efficient performance and visually  pleasing experience.

INVESTOR RELATIONS

We are seeking  debt and equity investors for  longer term investments to acquire land for building  and  the purchase of existing campgrounds. We have found that there is a large market growing  in Maine and NH for destination vacationers.
